Here are a few tips to make sure your presentation is successful. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

How to Prepare Presentation

1. Make your presentation using PowerPoint

Font	Default font provided by MS Office (such as Arial, Calibri or Times New Roman)

2. Submit Presentation File
- Pre-submission

File Name	SGI_2024_001_Gildong Hong (Abstract No._ Presenter Name)
Submission	Please send the secretariat e-mail, (sgi@conventionpm.com)
Deadline for Submission	September 27, 2024

- Onsite Preview & Final Submission

• * Please visit the Preview Room at least 1 hours before your scheduled presentation and bring your presentation files on a USB memory stick.
• * Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in our system
• * Preview Room: Bride Room, 3F, Seoul Dragon City

3. Equipment in the Session Room

• - Session rooms will be equipped with a computer running Windows (not Mac), projector and microphone.
• - Podiums will be equipped with a monitor, mouse and smart pointer (No keyboard).
• - We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.
• - On the PC monitor, you can see your speaker notes (PPT Slide note) which you have written on each PPT slide.

4. Before your Presentation

• - Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
• - Arrive at your session room at least 20 minutes before the session begins.
• - You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.
